Creamy Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1/2 c. light cream
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter
    dash of salt
    3/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Add chocolate to cream in saucepan.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth and blended.
    Add sugar, butter and salt and continue cooking, stirring constantly, 3 to 5 minutes longer or until slightly thick.
    Remove from heat and add vanilla.
    Serve warm on ice cream, pudding or cake.
    Makes 1 2/3 cups.
