Creamy Cottage Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese (not creamed, 1 1/2 c.)
6 Tbsp. skim milk
1 1/2 tsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 Tbsp. finely chopped canned pimiento
1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Preparation

Beat the cottage cheese, milk, instant onion and salt with electric mixer.
Stir in the pimiento and parsley.
Chill.
Makes 1 3/4 cups.
Four tablespoons equals 1 meat exchange.
Good on baked potatoes, too.
