Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cubed zucchini
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. diced onions
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1 box croutons
Preparation
    Steam vegetables until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
