Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. sifted flour or enough to make dough stiff
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and roll very thin on floured surface. Let stand 20 minutes.
    Roll up loosely.
    Slice 1/4-inch wide. Unroll and spread out; let dry 2 hours.
