Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 beef bouillon cubes, dissolved in 1 c. boiling water
    2 c. noodles, cooked
    1 can mushroom steak sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (6 oz.) carton sour cream
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onion and black pepper.
    Cook noodles and drain; add green pepper and steak sauce.
    Add cooked noodles to ground beef mixture and bouillon cubes dissolved in boiling water. Add garlic salt; mix well.
    Cover and let simmer slowly, about 1 hour.
    Before serving, add sour cream.
    Stir in, cover and cook for 5 minutes more.
