South 21 Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cabbage, grated
2 tsp. onions
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. oil
1/3 c. white vinegar
Preparation

Grate the cabbage on the side of the grater that has the long slots. Chop the onions pretty fine and mix with other ingredients. Store in airtight container in refrigerator. Will keep for several days.
