Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 c. applesauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients in bowl.
Mix vegetable oil, applesauce, sugars, egg and vanilla and add to dry ingredients.
Then stir in oats and raisins and mix all well.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 375\u00b0. Serves 36; 1.1 grams fat per cookie.
