Chicken Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 c. chopped, cooked chicken or turkey
4 oz. can green chili peppers, chopped
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. coriander
3/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. shredded Jack cheese
12 (6-inch) tortillas
Preparation

Saute onion and green pepper in 2 tablespoons butter until tender. Combine onion mixture in a bowl with chopped chicken and green chilies.
Set aside.
