Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) can crushed pineapple
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine pineapple and sugar.
    Dissolve cornstarch in water and add.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix.
    Put in greased casserole.
    Dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serve warm or cold.
    Great with baked ham!
