Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1/4 lb. (1 c.) crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) Velveeta cheese, cut up
2 boxes frozen broccoli
Preparation

In casserole dish melt one-half stick margarine.
Add Ritz crackers.
Mix well and put back in cup.
Melt remaining margarine in the same casserole dish.
Add Velveeta cheese and melt slowly. Cook broccoli, drain well and add cheese.
Top with cracker crumbs.
Bake uncovered 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool 15 minutes before serving.
