Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. ketchup
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 single pack saltine crackers
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Combine the first 7 ingredients and blend well.
    Shape into a loaf and place in a 2-quart casserole. Combine the last 3 ingredients together and pour over meat loaf.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
    Yields 6 servings.
