Stuffed Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            4 medium tomatoes
 
6 slices crispy bacon
3 c. cornbread crumbs
1 piece light bread
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped bell pepper
shredded cheese for top
Preparation
- 
                            Slice off top of tomato.
 
Hollow out tomatoes, saving the pulp.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, using your hands to mix (using the tomato pulp).
Stuff tomatoes; top with shredded cheese and chill for about 30 minutes before serving.
Good served with crackers.
