Baked Seafood(Delicious With Walleye, Cod, Flounder, Whitefish.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fillets
    1 or 2 vidalia or Bermuda onions
    1/4 to 1/2 c. dry sherry
    fresh Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper
    paprika
    1 stick butter, divided
    2 lemons
    garlic powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Thinly slice onions and saute in 2 tablespoons butter and sherry.
    Set aside.
    Place fillets in a large baking dish and dot with remaining butter.
    Sprinkle generously with Parmesan and squeeze lemons over top.
    Bake 5 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Sprinkle with more cheese, salt, pepper and paprika to taste.
    Add onion and drippings.
    Bake 10 more minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
