Chicken Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chickens
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. almonds
    1 small can green peas
    3 Tbsp. chopped pickles
    1 small bottle olives, sliced
    1 pkg. gelatin
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. hot chicken broth
    1 3/4 to 2 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook chicken in seasoned broth. Cut chicken into small cubes as for chicken salad. Mix ingredients and put in a 3-quart oblong dish and refrigerate. Serves 10 to 12.
