Dump Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (with juice)
    1 cherry pie filling
    1 yellow cake mix
    1 c. nuts, chopped (if desired)
    2 sticks margarine
Preparation
    Put the pineapple into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch cake pan (use glass if possible).
    Put pie filling over pineapple and crumble (dry) cake mix over pie filling.
    Spread nuts and slice butter over nuts.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. (I like to melt the butter first and then spread it over the cake mix.)
    Ovens may vary.
