Apple Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3 c. tart apples, grated
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla together.
    Sift in dry ingredients, then stir in apples and nuts.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0. Cool.
