Chicken Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 or 2 c. chicken, cut up
1 medium onion, diced
1 can chestnuts
1 can bamboo shoots
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. bean sprouts
1/2 c. mushrooms, fresh cut
4 c. rice
soy sauce
Preparation
-
Cook rice and mix in soy sauce together.
Cook chicken, onions and celery until done.
Mix in bean sprouts, chestnuts, bamboo shoots, mushrooms and cooked rice.
Simmer until done, 30 or 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
