Ingredients

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix well the liquid ingredients; stir into dry ingredients. Cook on hot griddle that is slightly greased.
Reduce heat.
When pancake begins to bubble, turn and brown on other side.
