Rosemary Walnuts - cooking recipe

6 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. dried rosemary, crumbled
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
4 c. walnut halves
Preparation

Melt butter in a large saucepan. Remove from heat and add seasonings. Add the walnuts and toss gently, but well. Place the walnuts in a shallow roasting pan in one layer. Bake at 325\u00b0 until richly brown (about 10 to 15 minutes), shaking occasionally. Nicest when served warm.
