Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. melted shortening
    1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Beat eggs thoroughly.
    Add milk and shortening.
    Sift flour with salt and sugar; add to egg mixture.
    With hand beater, beat until smooth.
    On griddle or in chafing dish, heat salad oil or shortening.
    Drop crepe batter in 5 rounds on griddle; cook, turning once, until a light brown on both sides.
