Grandma Lively'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. celery seed
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. finely chopped green onion tops
    5 c. diced cooked potatoes
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    Soak mustard seed and celery seed in vinegar overnight. Combine all ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Cover and refrigerate.
    May add extra mayonnaise prior to serving.
    Makes 6 servings.
