Turkey Divan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli spears, thawed
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
    2 1/2 c. cubed, cooked turkey or slices
    1 (8 oz.) lite sour cream
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Place broccoli in a shallow 2-quart dish.
    Cover tightly with heavy-duty plastic wrap.
    Fold back a small corner of wrap to allow steam to escape.
    Microwave on High 11 to 12 minutes. Separate spears; drain and return to dish.
    Set aside.
    Place soup in a shallow 2-quart baking dish.
    Cover and microwave on High 2 to 3 minutes, or until very hot.
    Stir in turkey; cover and microwave 1 to 2 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream and 1/2 cup cheese. Microwave on High for 2 minutes.
    Spoon sauce over broccoli and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
    Microwave on High, uncovered, 1 minute.
