Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    5 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    7 oz. Baker's coconut (can)
Preparation
    Melt butter; beat eggs with fork.
    Add sugar and stir.
    Add buttermilk, butter and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Stir in coconut.
    Pour in pie shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Makes 2 pies.
