Hot Cha-Cha - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Fritos
2 lb. ground beef
lettuce, chopped
tomatoes, chopped
onion, chopped
grated cheese
hot sauce (picante, pico de gallo, etc.)
1 pkg. enchilada or taco seasoning
Preparation

Brown meat along with seasoning package.
If you do not have a seasoning package, just add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder and salt to taste.
To prepare each individual plate, just start by placing amount of Fritos in center of dish, then spoon on some of the meat mixture, warmed beans, then chopped lettuce, chopped tomatoes, onion, cheese and hot sauce.
You could also add avocado dip or black olives, if desired.
