Pig Pickin' Dh - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (11 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 large can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Add the oil and juice from the oranges to the cake mix.
Add the eggs; beat 4 minutes on high speed.
Fold in the oranges. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Add the instant vanilla pudding and the crushed pineapple to the Cool Whip.
Spread between layers and on top.
May use three 9-inch layers or one 9 x 13-inch pan.
Keep refrigerated.
