Pineapple Upside-Down French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    4 slices canned pineapple, drained
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. salt
    4 slices bread
Preparation
    Melt butter in 8 to 9-inch square pan as oven preheats to 400\u00b0.
    Sprinkle brown sugar over the top of melted margarine. Place pineapple over brown sugar evenly.
    Beat eggs, milk and salt until blended.
    Soak bread in egg mix until soft.
    Arrange bread on top of pineapple.
    Bake 25 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven until light brown.
    Invert entire pan onto large serving platter or with pancake turner lift each serving off onto plate.
