Hamburg Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
garlic to taste
1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced
1/2 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 1/2 c. lite sour cream
Preparation

Cook hamburg and stir until it has lost pink color.
Stir in onion and garlic and cook until onion is transparent.
Add flour, seasonings and mushrooms and cook five minutes.
Stir in the soup and simmer 10 minutes.
Add the sour cream and heat through.
Can sprinkle parsley on top.
Serve over rice or noodles.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
