Big Batch Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. bread crumbs (oatmeal or cereal)
    1 tsp. pepper
    4 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. beef broth or water
    2 Tbsp. dry minced onion
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Combine eggs, broth, bread crumbs, onion and pepper.
    Let set for 10 minutes.
    Add ground beef and mix well.
    Shape into meatballs and place on broiler pan or other roasting rack.
    Brush tops with soy sauce and bake about 12 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Turn if needed.
    Cool and freeze in portions needed.
    Great to use for spaghetti, soups or sweet and sour meatballs.
