Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. chopped celery
Preparation
    Mix together broccoli, rice and Cheez Whiz in a 2-quart casserole.
    Melt margarine in a skillet.
    Add onion and celery. Cook until tender but not brown.
    Stir in soup, milk, salt and pepper.
    Pour sauce over broccoli mixture.
    Mix well.
    May top with grated Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
