Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    roasted chicken or turkey
    Fritos
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    1 small jar pimentos (optional)
    1 small jar green chilies
    shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cube chicken or turkey.
    Layer Fritos in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix the chicken, soups, pimentos and chilies.
    Spread items on Fritos.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake approximately 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    When ready to serve, top with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and black olives.
