Pork Chops Creole - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            6 to 8 pork chops (1-inch thick)
 
2 Tbsp. shortening
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce or to taste
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
- 
                            Saute pork chops until brown.
 
Add all other ingredients. Cover and simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Serve over rice.
