Tortellini Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

                            64 oz. chicken broth
 
3 c. cheese tortellini
2 to 3 oz. fresh shredded spinach
1 to 2 pieces diced celery
1 carrot, sliced thinly
Preparation
- 
                            In a large 5-quart pan, bring chicken broth to a boil.
 
Add celery and carrot.
Cook until veggies are tender.
Add spinach and tortellini.
Continue cooking until pasta floats.
