Cheese Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 medium potatoes, pared and diced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (11 oz.) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
    1 pkg. sour cream sauce mix
    1/2 c. milk
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/4 c. dry fine bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling water, salted, until tender.
    Drain. Combine soup, sour cream sauce mix, milk, salt and pepper.
    Place half of the potatoes in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Top with half the soup mixture.
    Repeat with remaining potatoes and soup mixture.
    Combine melted butter and bread crumbs.
    Sprinkle on top.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Uncover and bake for an additional 10 to 30 minutes.
