Mandarin Orange Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. lean pork, cubed
4 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 c. catsup
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 can mandarin oranges (11 oz.)
Preparation

Brown pork.
Drain oranges.
Reserve 1/2 cup juice.
Combine reserved juice with rest of ingredients, except oranges.
Mix until completely blended.
Add oranges.
Drain excess fat from pork cubes.
Pour orange sauce over pork.
Cover and simmer gently 45 minutes.
Serves 6.
