Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
17 oz. can creamed corn
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. herb stuffing mix
10 oz. frozen broccoli
3 Tbsp. melted margarine
1 c. herb stuffing mix
Preparation

Mix eggs, broccoli, corn and onion with 1 cup herb stuffing. (If too dry, add a little milk.)
Pour into casserole (2-quart greased) and sprinkle with other cup of stuffing.
Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
