Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. oregano
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1 frying chicken, cut into serving pieces
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix salt, pepper, oregano, garlic, bread crumbs and cheese. Beat eggs and milk.
    Dip the chicken pieces in the egg-milk mixture; roll in seasoned bread crumbs.
    Heat oil in a skillet and fry the chicken pieces over medium heat until golden brown.
    Place in a roasting pan and bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
