Red Snapper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic
    2 c. mushrooms
    1/2 doz. scallions
    4 pieces red snapper
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 pkg. frozen snow peas
    1 c. wild rice
Preparation
    Cook garlic, butter, mushrooms and peas together in wok or deep pan until sauce is clear.
    Add scallions and stir.
    Cook over fish and serve over dish of prepared wild rice.
