Classic Sour Cream Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. shortbread cookie crumbs (approximately 24 cookies)
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    4 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine crumbs and margarine; press firmly on bottom of 9-inch baking dish.
    In large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
    Gradually beat in milk, eggs, sour cream and vanilla.
    Pour into prepared pan.
    Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until lightly browned around edge.
    (Center will be slightly soft.) Cool.
    Chill.
    Garnish as desired.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
