Glazed Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. popped corn
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    1/2 c. packed light brown sugar or granulated sugar
    1 (4 serving) pkg. Jell-O brand gelatin (any flavor)
Preparation
    Place popcorn in large bowl.
    Heat butter and syrup in small saucepan over low heat.
    Stir in brown sugar and gelatin; bring to a boil over medium heat.
    Reduce heat to low and gently simmer for 5 minutes.
    Pour syrup immediately over popcorn, tossing to coat well.
    Spread popcorn into aluminum foil lined 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan, using forks to spread evenly.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
    Cool.
    Remove from pan and break into small pieces. Makes 2 quarts.
