Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick butter
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. pecans
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 pie shell
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Stir in sugar, vinegar and eggs.
    Add coconut, raisins and pecans.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
