Chinese Lobster Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 to 4 minced cloves garlic
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    4 beef bouillon cubes, dissolved in 2 c. boiling water
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    dash of ginger
    4 tsp. Gravy Master
    cooked shrimp (optional)
Preparation
    In a wok, brown the hamburger.
    Drain fat.
    Add beaten eggs, garlic and sugar.
    Mix well.
    To the dissolved bouillon cubes, add the cornstarch, soy sauce, ginger and Gravy Master and pour over meat mixture.
    Simmer for 10 minutes, uncovered.
