Moo Goo Gai Pan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned and halved
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    3/4 tsp. minced ginger root
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. salad oil
    3/4 c. walnuts
    1 (15 oz.) can straw mushrooms or fresh
    1 (8 oz.) can bamboo shoots, drained
    1/2 lb. snow peas
Preparation
    Slice chicken in thin pieces.
    In medium bowl, mix well the chicken, cornstarch, sherry, ginger and salt.
    In a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat in hot oil, cook walnuts about 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Spoon onto paper towels.
