Five Hour Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. meat
    1 c. potatoes
    1 c. carrots
    1 c. celery
    1/2 c. onion
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 3/4 c. tomato juice
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cover and cook 5 hours in oven at 275\u00b0.
    Don't take lid off.
