Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 chicken breasts, boneless
    Swiss cheese
    ham slices
    4 oz. fresh or canned mushrooms
    1/2 c. white cooking wine
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Roll chicken, ham and cheese together.
    Use a toothpick to secure.
    Roll in egg and bread crumbs to coat.
    Saute in butter. Place in baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Combine mushrooms, wine, bouillon and water in saucepan.
    Simmer.
    When half has evaporated, add flour, cream, salt and pepper to taste. Stir until thickened.
    Pour over chicken and bake 10 more minutes. Enjoy!
