Swedish Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 lb. butter/margarine
1 egg
1 c. sour milk or buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
Preparation

Mix the first dry ingredients well.
(Reserve about 1/2 cup to sprinkle on top later.) Add
butter
and mix well, then add milk, egg and soda.
Beat well.
Pour
in
a
greased
9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle dry ingredients on top and bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
(I
add
about
2
tablespoons
brown sugar to my topping.)
