Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    3 c. (12 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. cooked chicken or ham cubes
    2/3 c. chopped onion
    3 eggs
    3/4 tsp. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt (if desired)
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. Bisquick
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Rinse broccoli under cold water to thaw.
    Drain thoroughly. Mix broccoli, 2 cups cheese, ham or chicken and onion.
    Place in casserole.
    Beat milk, eggs, Bisquick mix, salt and pepper until smooth (15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand mixer).
    Pour over mixture.
    Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 45 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese. Bake just until cheese is melted.
    Cool 5 minutes before serving.
