Venison Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. deer meat, cut in cubes
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 stalks celery, cut up
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 carrots, chopped
    3 potatoes, chopped
Preparation
    Salt and pepper meat; brown in butter.
    Add all ingredients to crock-pot.
    Cover and cook on low 9 to 12 hours.
    Serve over noodles.
