Taco Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. rotini (about 3 c. dry)
    1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    chopped jalapeno (if desired)
    2 cans pinto beans, drained and rinsed
    1 large jar chunky garden style spaghetti sauce
    1 small can green chiles
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1/2 c. water
    2/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0 and spray a 9 x 13 pan with Pam. Cook rotini as directed on package and drain.
