Low Carb Breakfast Smoothie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sliced fruit
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. plain yogurt
strawberries, raspberries, peaches (fresh or frozen)
flavor with sugar-free Tang or Crystal-Lite to taste
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add ice if using fresh fruit and blend again until slushy.
