Broccoli Salad(Serves 8) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large bunch broccoli, cut into bite-size pieces
1/2 c. red onion, chopped fine
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
8 oz. bacon, fried and crumbled
1 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. sugar or more to taste
2 Tbsp. white vinegar
Preparation

In large Pyrex dish, layer broccoli, onion and cheese.
Mix mayo, sugar and vinegar together and spread on top.
Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.
To serve, toss together in large salad bowl and sprinkle crumbled bacon on top.
